We have a variety of different programs that can help you reach your goals: One-on-One Personal Training - This allows you and your trainer to individualize your workout and spend a great deal of time focusing on form, technique, and the best way for you to see results. Two-on-One Personal Training - You and a friend will get a great workout with one of our professional trainers. This is a perfect option for those who like to workout with a friend but need guidance and instruction to maintain consistency and remain efficient. Whether you have a specific training goal or special consideration, small group training may benefit you. Enjoy the guided instruction of a Personal Trainer and the camaraderie of working in a small group (3-5 participants) while making progress toward achieving your goal. What is CrossFit? CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that uses constantly varied, high intensity functional movements.
In CrossFit we look at fitness as physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, speed, power, agility, accuracy, balance and coordination.

 POWER FITNESS - a year-round, intense all-around conditioning class that uses weights, cardio movements and plyometrics to super charge your workout to the next level. The class is lead by two of our top trainers Joe "Sport" Talbert and Jennifer Schumm. Can you meet the challenge and last 60 minutes in Power Fitness?

 GREENWOOD ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE ACADEMY This ongoing monthly program will enhance athletic performance in any sport. John Ireland leads this small group training (six or less participants per group) that will focus on making the athlete move quicker, and be stronger and more effective in their position.
Includes the following components: • Regular performance assessments • Running and movement mechanics for sports • Functional strength conditioning

John’s background in professional sports conditioning includes: LA Galaxy and David Beckham, Colorado Rapids, Colorado Mammoth and English Premier Soccer League. His experience makes him the ideal director for taking your athletic skills to the next level.
START DATE: January 2009 AGES: Youth, collegiate and adult athletes DAYS/TIMES: Mondays, 3:00-4:10pm, 4:15-5:25pm and 5:30-6:40pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:00-4:10pm and 4:15-5:20pm Additional performance sessions may be added COST: $130/GATC Members Only -- 200/Non-Members Calendar month (two sessions per week)

TRAIN LIKE A BOXER Knock Out Training - Darren Meyer, boxing and fitness instructor, will train you like a boxer. You'll work on footwork, jump rope drills and conditioning exercises in a fun and friendly environment. This 4-week program will provide an intense exercise experience for intermediate and advanced exercisers.

Arms & Abs - This program taught by Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor Kelly Devereaux, will focus on core awareness, strength and postural muscles. A variety of upper body and core exercises will ensure toned and beautiful arms and firm abdominals.
