INSTRUCTOR SERIES:

PPS-I

PPS-I is the foundational program in the series. It is designed for the busy student/professional who seeks authentic yet progressive Pilates education in a highly integrated format. PPS-I includes Instruction on the Mat, Reformer and Cadillac (Tower End) for Introductory through Beginner/Intermediate levels. Through action-oriented coaching, self-evaluation tools and concrete feedback, PPS-I prepares instructors to teach private sessions and small-group classes in a safe, effective and flowing workout.

POWER PILATES WORKSHOP
Join a six-week workshop designed to challenge you! The class will be held in the Pilates Studio using the Reformers. The equipment willprovide support and resistance that will allow you to enhance your core connection. You will shape, tone, lengthen and align your body. Class size is limited to six participants. Pilates experience is recommended.

OUR CLASSES

All of the classes listed below (excluding mat classes) require a sign-up and are fee based. There is a minimum of five privates to attend L1-3 equipment based class. We now offer Introductory classes for those who have never done Pilates before. Please be courteous and arrive on time to insure a safe, effective, and enjoyable class. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies for all classes. Class levels: Introductory, Basic L1, Intermediate L2, and Advanced L3. All class purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and single sessions expire one year after the date of purchase. 10-packs expire 90 days after date of purchase. Tower classes: These classes use the Wall Unit/Tower system of which provide Trapeze Table/Cadillac functions in a very compact space. In this class you will learn muscle isolation and movement efficiency. The equipment is designed with springs to facilitate internal resistance within the body to stabilize, stretch, lengthen, and lift.
Our classes hold up to six people.
Deluxe Wall System

Reformer classes: These classes use the Reformer, which is the most widely known piece of Pilates equipment and an amazingly versatile apparatus. The Reformers unique combination of springs, pulleys, straps, and sliding carriage make it an incredibly valuable and useful piece of equipment to strengthen the powerhouse (core) and increase flexibility. Joe Pilates created nearly 100 exercises on the Reformer.

Classic Reformer with Leather
Mat classes (complimentary): These exercises will stir your sluggish circulation into action! In our mat classes you will perform a series of exercises (up to 34) in a specific sequence on a mat with the idea of properly exercising every muscle in your body in order to improve strength and flexibility. Our classes are leveled I, II, and III. These classes are offered in a large group setting in studio 2 or 3. *These classes are complimentary with your membership and require no sign-up.
AIREX Corona - Professional Exercise Mat
Combo classes: In these classes, the exercises are taught on a combination of a least two of the following pieces of equipment: tower system, reformer, chair, and barrel. This class gives you the opportunity to experience each apparatus in the same hour.

Classic Hump Barrel
Chair classes: There are fifty different exercises that can be performed on this multipurpose apparatus. The chair's unique and versatile design enables everyone to get amazing results-from the most injured client who uses it to rehabilitate, to the most advanced students challenging themselves with pushups, backbends, and headstands.
Our classes hold up to four people.
Low Chair - Split Pedal
Workshops: In these classes you will be working with the same members for 4-6 weeks. Workshops are geared to specific sports, age groups, and or class levels. You need to sign-up for these workshops in advance.
